Michael Nicolescu is the Director of Client Success for PFM Solutions. He leads the team responsible for the full life cycle of all clients using the Synario platform. In this role, he oversees the training and onboarding of all clients, the development and customization of all client models on the platform, and the ongoing success of all customer engagements.​

​Michael also serves as a member of the group's Executive Committee, along with the Change Management Review Board, the team responsible for prioritizing improvements and other changes made to the software. Within PFM, he serves as Chair of the Employee Advisory Committee.

Prior to this role, Michael led the Implementation Team within Client Service, focusing on the onboarding of all Synario users. He also worked in PFM Solutions' Higher Education practice, focusing on Enterprise implementations, as well as PFM's Strategic Forecasting Group, helping clients analyze the impacts of various capital and operating initiatives and communicate those results to key stakeholders.
