Marcie Lewis joined PFM in 2011 through the firm’s merger with her previous municipal advisory practice and brings more than 25 years of experience in public finance advisory. She has served a wide range of clients—including state and local governments, K-12 school systems, higher education institutions, utilities, and public housing authorities—providing strategic financial guidance, transaction management, and long-term capital planning.

Marcie leads engagements for clients across the Southeast and for public housing authorities nationwide. She is known for her technical and analytical expertise, collaborative approach, and ability to support clients through complex capital and financing programs.

Marcie is a founding member and current President of the Alabama chapter of Women in Public Finance. She also serves on the Board of Alabama Women Leading Government and is an Associate Director on the GFOA Alabama Board.
