Dong Kim is a senior managing consultant in PFM’s national transportation finance practice and is based in PFM’s Arlington (Virginia) office. He provides technical, transactional, and quantitative financial advisory for transportation issuers in the toll road, transit, and airport sectors as well as issuers in the PFM’s southern cluster. His experience includes developing and maintaining financial models, long-term capital planning, debt structuring, transaction management, document review, and drafting and analyzing proposals for public organizations located throughout the county. 

Prior to joining PFM, Dong graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor's in Commerce.
