PFM Swap Advisors LLC, PFM’s dedicated team providing our clients derivative advisory services, actively monitor the markets for innovative structures that utilize both competitive and negotiated processes, keeping our clients fully informed as they consider hedging their interest rate risk exposure and evaluate other derivative-based solutions.

We are not a derivatives broker or dealer, and we do not act as principal or counterparty for any transactions. This allows us to act independently, serving only one interest—yours.

In accordance with the Dodd-Frank Act of 2010, PFM’s swap advisory business is an independent SEC-registered Municipal Advisor, serving in your fiduciary best interest. We can serve in the role of Qualified Independent Representative or Designated Evaluation Agent on behalf of our clients, assisting our clients in achieving their short- and long-term objectives.

The dedicated professionals in our Quantitative Strategies Group (QSG) form the equivalent of an internal think tank and informational hub for PFM. QSG complements our client services with advanced financial analysis and commercial and proprietary tools to stay abreast of new and emerging products, structures, trends, and strategies. QSG also administers our ongoing training seminars for our clients which comprise a full menu of a variety of topics tailored to our clients’ needs while providing NASBA CPE credits.
