Hannah Friedrich is a senior analyst with PFM Group Consulting. She is a member of the K-12 schools practice, where she provides quantitative, analytical, and research support for school districts and other educational entities.

Hannah’s primary role has been to develop multi-year financial projection models for school districts, as well as other budget and financial analyses. She works closely with business and finance officers, superintendents, school boards, and other school district leadership to support key budget decisions and strategic financial planning. This includes investigating revenue and expenditure pressure points, analyzing the impact of in- and out-of-district enrollment trends, forecasting changes to state funding allocations, estimating the costs of salary and benefit packages, and supporting capital improvement plan development.

Hannah also has experience developing, implementing, and monitoring state-mandated financial recovery plans.

Prior to joining PFM, Hannah attended Haverford College, where she earned a B.A. in Economics with significant coursework in both Public Health and Human Rights.
