Ayo Aladesanmi is a senior analyst for PFM Group Consulting. Ayo primarily contributes to PFM’s Economics & Tax Strategy projects and supports fiscal management and multi-year financial planning engagements.

Ayo’s recent projects include data center revenue forecasting for two northern Virginia counties, as well as economic research projects with the City of Atlanta to inform the city’s budget development, including analyzing economic and fiscal impacts from Atlanta serving as a host city during the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Previously, Ayo worked at the Atlanta Regional Commission—metro Atlanta’s regional planning and local government coordination agency—through the Lead for America fellowship program. In this role, he conducted economic analysis and policy research to inform urban and regional planning initiatives for key issues in metro Atlanta, including housing affordability, climate action, health services delivery, and data-driven social impact efforts.

Ayo holds a B.S. in Economics from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an M.P.A. and M.L. from the University of Pennsylvania, where he also completed an internship with the U.S. Economic Development Administration.
