Saraya Louissaint is a senior managing consultant with PFM Group Consulting and is based in the firm’s Philadelphia office. She provides quantitative, analytical, and research support for governmental performance improvement projects.

Saraya is a member of PFM Group Consulting's K-12 Schools practice, where she conducts data analysis and provides qualitative support for technical assistance engagements with the Pennsylvania Department of Education. Current projects include reviewing financial data for the renewal applications of cyber charter schools, and providing financial modeling for the implementation of the financial and academic recovery plans for the Chester-Upland, Harrisburg, and York City school districts.

Before joining PFM, Saraya worked at the Juvenile Justice Center of Philadelphia, where she was an outpatient therapist serving children between the ages of nine and eighteen.

Saraya holds a B.A. in Social Work from Rutgers University–New Brunswick and an M.P.A. and an M.S.W. from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a licensed social worker in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
