Ryan also led the credit rating upgrade process for Ohio port authority bond funds and spearheaded a firm-wide growth initiative that increased revenue by 65%.
Earlier in his career, Ryan served as Senior Vice President at DiPerna & Company, where he launched a new business line focused on tax revenue forecasting for special taxing districts—securing 45 contracts and generating $500,000 in recurring revenue. He also played a key role in expanding the firm’s municipal advisory services, mentoring junior staff, and leading high-impact presentations to elected officials and stakeholders.
