Ashley Anyu is a Senior Managing Consultant in PFM's Management and Budget Consulting practice. She helps local governments tackle their most pressing management and financial challenges, with a focus on fiscally constrained municipalities.

Ashley works with government leaders, department staff, and stakeholders at all levels to assess fiscal conditions, identify risks, and develop practical strategies that strengthen long-term sustainability. She supports multi-year financial projections, financial condition assessments, fee studies, and cost allocation reviews. She also leads organizational assessments and process improvement efforts that help governments strengthen operational performance and deliver services more effectively.

Ashley also has experience in local government as a Senior Budget and Management Analyst in the Guilford County, North Carolina Budget and Management Services Department. She supported the annual budget development process, financial monitoring and reporting, and led strategic initiatives across the organization.

Ashley holds a B.A. in Urban Affairs and Public Policy and a Master of Public Administration from the Joseph R. Biden, Jr. School of Public Policy and Administration at the University of Delaware.
