Max Sandoval joined PFM Financial Advisors in 2025 as an analyst in the Austin, Texas, office. Max provides quantitative support to clients by sizing, structuring, pricing, and modeling municipal bond transactions. He currently works with many types of municipal issuers, including cities, counties, school districts, utilities, transportation authorities, and higher education institutions. His responsibilities include analysis of outstanding client debt, modeling new municipal bond issuances, looking for client refinancing opportunities, and preparing presentations for prospective clients. Max also has experience preparing official statements, closing memorandums, and continuing disclosure documents. 

Max holds a master's degree in finance from The University of Texas at Austin and a bachelor's degree in mass communication from Texas State University.
