[ANN ARBOR, MI, August 21, 2024] PFM Financial Advisors, the nation’s leading independent municipal advisor1, announced today that Brodie Killian has joined PFM as a Director of the Ann Arbor office as of April 1, 2024. He brings over 18 years of public finance experience working with school districts, community colleges and municipalities.
Brodie comes from Stifel Nicholas & Co, where he spent six years as an investment banker, ending as a Managing Director in its Michigan public finance practice. Prior to this, he worked at Raymond James and William Blair as a Senior Vice President and Director, respectively. Other experience includes his work as a Deputy Superintendent of Business & Operations at Plymouth-Canton Community Schools.
Brodie received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Michigan—Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and Master of Public Policy from the University of Michigan—Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy. Other notable professional education includes the completion of the Chief Financial Officer certification program from the Michigan School Business Officials and the Michigan Leadership Institute’s Superintendent’s Academy.
